LINE101Chat Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LINE101Chat handles information and documents provided during website contact, needs assessment, PoC, and AI assistant service work.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only information that customers voluntarily provide through the contact form, email, LINE, or consultations, such as name, company or organization, email, phone / LINE ID, service needs, and message content.
2. How Customer Documents Are Used
Customer documents are used only for the agreed AI assistant development, testing, adjustment, and maintenance. Documents may include FAQs, SOPs, policies, product manuals, admissions information, or internal knowledge materials.
3. Sensitive Documents
If documents include personal data, trade secrets, legal materials, medical or care content, or other sensitive information, data handling, confidentiality terms, and deployment environment should be confirmed separately before the project begins.
4. Local and Private Deployment
For customers with higher data-security needs, LINE101Chat can assess local or private-cloud deployment according to project requirements, including Local LLM, Ollama, or other private architectures.
5. LINE Messages and Usage Records
When customers enable AI assistant services, LINE messages may be recorded within the customer's agreed scope for debugging, usage analysis, service improvement, or customer support.
6. Data Deletion Requests
Customers may request deletion of contact information, test documents, or project data. We handle requests according to actual project status, backup cycles, and legal or contractual requirements.
7. We Do Not Sell Customer Data
LINE101Chat does not intentionally sell customer data, document content, or message records to advertisers.
8. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated according to service content and legal requirements. If an update involves major changes to data handling, customers will be notified appropriately.
